Baix Ebre, terra d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 sostenible\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Aquesta proposta consisteix en l&#8217;edici\u00f3 i divulgaci\u00f3 de dotze plats de quil\u00f2metre zero. Els productes agroalimentaris de les Terres de l&#8217;Ebre es caracteritzen per la seua qualitat i frescor. Destaquen per la seva proximitat i diversitat de producte.<br \/>\nCada mes de l&#8217;any es dedica a un producte i un restaurador o pastisser del Baix Ebre ofereix una recepta de cuina on el producte fresc de temporada ser\u00e0 el protagonista. Es tracta d&#8217;una aposta per l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 sostenible i de territori, que aporta resili\u00e8ncia, prosperitat i elements per a la millora de la cohesi\u00f3 social.<br \/>\nFinalment, el Consell Comarcal del Baix Ebre agraeix la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 dels restauradors i pastissers de la comarca que han participat en aquesta iniciativa.<\/p>\n<p><em>Pel que fa a l\u2019espai on s\u2019han enregistrat els v\u00eddeos de les receptes ha estat la cuina d\u2019EbreTerra, una cuina que es destina a la realitzaci\u00f3 de tallers de cuina, degustacions gastron\u00f2miques, tastos XIX, van arribar a les nostres terres amb el regadiu i en l&#8217;actualitat gaireb\u00e9 tot el cultiu de la zona es localitza principalment al municipi de l&#8217;Aldea i els seus voltants.
