Baix Ebre, terre d&rsquo;alimentation durable\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cette proposition consiste en l&rsquo;\u00e9dition et la diffusion de douze plats de kilom\u00e8tre z\u00e9ro. Les produits agroalimentaires des Terres de l&rsquo;Ebre se caract\u00e9risent par leur qualit\u00e9 et leur fra\u00eecheur.<\/p>\n<p>Ils se distinguent par leur proximit\u00e9 et la diversit\u00e9 des produits. Chaque mois de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e est d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 un produit, et un restaurateur ou un p\u00e2tissier du Baix Ebre propose une recette de cuisine o\u00f9 le produit frais de saison sera le protagoniste.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un engagement pour une alimentation durable et de territoire, qui apporte r\u00e9silience, prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 et \u00e9l\u00e9ments pour am\u00e9liorer la coh\u00e9sion sociale. Enfin, le Conselll Comarcal du Baix Ebre remercie la collaboration des restaurateurs et p\u00e2tissiers de la r\u00e9gion qui ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette initiative.<\/p>\n<p><em>En ce qui concerne l&rsquo;espace o\u00f9 les vid\u00e9os des recettes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es, il s&rsquo;agit de la cuisine d&rsquo;EbreTerra, une cuisine destin\u00e9e \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d&rsquo;ateliers de cuisine, de d\u00e9gustations gastronomiques, de d\u00e9gustations de vins et de pr\u00e9sentations de produits. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div  class=\"avia-animated-number
