class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>L\u2019Assut. <\/strong>Il s\u2019agit de l\u2019ouvrage hydraulique le plus important de l\u2019\u00c8bre sur le plan historique. Il se trouve au beau milieu du cours du fleuve. Il semble que les travaux aient commenc\u00e9 sous la domination mauresque, pour \u00eatre repris ou restaur\u00e9s \u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 du XIIe si\u00e8cle. Cependant l\u2019ouvrage ne fut achev\u00e9 qu\u2019en 1411, sous la direction de Muss\u00e0 Alam\u00ed. Il remonte donc au d\u00e9but du XVe si\u00e8cle. Il s\u2019\u00e9tend sur 370 m, pour une hauteur de 7 m, ce qui permet d\u2019\u00e9lever le cours du fleuve et d\u2019alimenter en eau deux canaux d\u2019irrigation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moulin du XVIe si\u00e8cle de l\u2019Assut. <\/strong>Ce moulin est l\u2019un des rares b\u00e2timents de type industriel de la Renaissance aujourd\u2019hui encore conserv\u00e9s en Catalogne. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit par la ville de Tortosa en 1575 pour moudre le bl\u00e9 et approvisionner les villages de la r\u00e9gion en tirant parti de la force du saut de l\u2019Assut. Il utilisait alors un syst\u00e8me innovant pour l\u2019\u00e9poque pour faire tourner ses meules impressionnantes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019\u00e9glise de l\u2019Assomption et Saint Martin. <\/strong>L\u2019\u00e9glise d\u2019origine a \u00e9t\u00e9 construite en 1325, lorsque la paroisse de Xerta est devenue ind\u00e9pendante de celle de Pa\u00fcls. Elle poss\u00e8de une chapelle de style baroque et un clocher de style n\u00e9o-roman au sommet duquel se trouvent quatre sculptures repr\u00e9sentant des chiens et un paratonnerre de style Art Nouveau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ext\u00e9rieurs de maisons seigneuriales. <\/strong>Certains demeures construites par la bourgeoisie de la ville sont bien conserv\u00e9es et constituent un important patrimoine historique et architectural. La maison Ceremines (XVII-XIXe si\u00e8cles), des restes architecturaux de la maison et de la chapelle de la famille Sent\u00eds (XVIe si\u00e8cle), la maison Ravanals (XVII-XIXe si\u00e8cles), la maison Navarro (XVII-XIXe si\u00e8cles), la Villa Retiro (XIXe si\u00e8cle) convertie aujourd\u2019hui en un h\u00f4tel de luxe, et la maison Pau (XVIIIe si\u00e8cle).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tranch\u00e9es du ravin des Fornets.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Situ\u00e9es \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la Voie verte du Val de Zafan, ces tranch\u00e9es forment un syst\u00e8me ferm\u00e9 de fortifications qui entoure une colline situ\u00e9e dans la derni\u00e8re section. La restauration de ce site a permis de mettre en valeur le patrimoine datant de la Guerre civile espagnole et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la m\u00e9moire historique.<\/p>\n<p>Les tranch\u00e9es suivent le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de la colline, d\u2019une profondeur allant de 60 \u00e0 150 cm, m\u00eame si pour la plupart des sections, la profondeur est de 110 cm, et la largeur de 60 \u00e0 70 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Ce r\u00e9seau de tranch\u00e9es \u00e9tait \u00e9quip\u00e9 de onze postes pour tireurs d\u2019\u00e9lite et son r\u00f4le \u00e9tait de d\u00e9fendre le fleuve comme ligne de front face \u00e0 l\u2019occupation de la rive droite de l\u2019\u00c8bre par le camp national. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit par des volontaires italiens.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Promenade le long du fleuve. <\/strong>Le cours du fleuve au niveau de Xerta constitue un cadre privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 de par la beaut\u00e9 et l\u2019emplacement du site. La promenade est d\u00e9limit\u00e9e, d\u2019une part, par le canal de droite, et d\u2019autre part par le fleuve. Un important embarcad\u00e8re permet l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux personnes \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite, et offre d\u2019autres services.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/estaciodexerta.cat\/estacio-de-xerta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ancienne gare de la Voie verte<\/a>.<\/strong> Il s\u2019agit des anciens locaux de la gare du Val de Zafan aujourd\u2019hui reconvertis en centre de location de v\u00e9los pour la Voie verte. Le centre offre \u00e9galement une exposition permanente sur Xerta, sur l\u2019histoire des usages de l\u2019eau et leur \u00e9volution.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" l\u2019\u00c8bre.<\/strong>\u00c0 faire \u00e0 pied ou \u00e0 v\u00e9lo. Le chemin commence \u00e0 Deltebre et, \u00e0 son passage au niveau de Xerta, il permet de rejoindre la Voie verte du Val de Zafan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chemin des sources :<\/strong>parcours en VTT d\u2019environ sept kilom\u00e8tres. Il permet de d\u00e9couvrir le lac d\u2019Osseres et la source Nova, avec la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019\u00e9levages bovins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chemin de la Barca : <\/strong>chemin \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte des cultures des bas quartiers du village. Vivement recommand\u00e9 au printemps \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque de la floraison des orangers et de leur agr\u00e9able parfum.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\"
